I choose to bring this to the public attention since it has been public interest from the very beginning, DR and LH started this and made it public what was happening in the Curse alliance.

All of you who have been following this know about the ceasefire and the contract that DR / LH has made between himself and Curse.

I have been out a few days and return to the situation where DR/LH has broken the contract by destroying a siege army belonging to a Curse member.

From the beginning of the contract it was made clear to DR that some armies were already enroute with large travel times, so he knew about incoming armies.

The specific army had a travel time of 8 days, so DR knew for 8 days he had hostiles incoming but failed to remind the owner of that fact and help remind to send a messenger. When the army arrived 8 days later he still fails to mention same to the player in question (who is not online very often).

After the arrivel negotiations started between DR and a Curse commander, a solution was offered from our side but DR failed to see it and destroyed the siege army when the bombardement started, NOT waiting for the messenger to arrive.

We were fully willing to compensate the losses he had from the bombardement with resources.

Once again DR is pushing us to get things done the way he wants and if not he is not to blame.

Well, he has had a few chances, but we cannot keep having him dictating us and pushing us in a direction we do not want.

This breach of contract clearly states what Curse can and now has to do.
