That is last town?I dont think it can be taken anyway unless they changed that rule.Maybe if you make a settler and settle new town then this larger one can be taken.

as far as i know you can take it. there will just spawn a new town somewhere of 0 pop ofcourse

That clears it up for me, i thought that last town can never be captured, just razed.

and i would also exodus it as soon as captured (note that a messenger would be required so would take 1 more day or so)
