Exodus out of Ex-alliance hubs?

        In the thread "Peace offer rejected" there came up a discussion about people leaving an alliance due to war, and the (possibly only rumour, but theoretically possible) policy of forcing people to exodus out of cetrain alliance hubs.

         ...If an Alliance tries hard to maintain one hub region without holes, and you have the pleasure to be part of this network, I'd think of it as only naturally to exodus as soon as you're not part of the network any more. Usually, an alliance would try to help people move away with res, searching new spot, etc (and I don't know how far this is true for the unknown mentioned alliance accused here), but in ultimate consequence, a siege is the only way to deal with people not wanting to exodus.
         
          

         
         
          Beware, if those people had been there before, are from another alliance, etc, it'd be an absolute nogo, but if your former alliance had pasted you in themselves, I think along you buy the duty to exodus as soon the relation is over...
         
         
          

         
         
          Just to make it clear, Invictus doesn't have such a policy (at least since the introduction of sov and the breaking up of the famous rings around alliance capitals, years ago...).
         
         
          

         
         
          I'm sure normally this is solved nicely, but it's only honest to talk about siege as another option.
