I think we have a crow infestation... best call in the exterminators!
Good luck with the new venture to any existing Crows taking part or new hatchlings joining the new Crow family Nest.
EDIT:
Just one point though. As its called Crow Nest shouldn't its ticker not be nCrow but CrowN? Lots of help there for pretty pictures for the alliance profile page. LOL

nCrow is better, as it leaves the door open for oCrow, pCrow and so on.. 
skip rCrow though - Absaroke is the river crows
