How do we create a second account? Can we do it with the same email and/or facebook id? We're not supposed to have two facebook accounts so...?

You can do it from the same email.  Just register a different player name.  I don't have experience with facebook ids.

Ok, well I mamaged to create a second account. My first is connected to facebook, my second isn't. I had to use a new Windows user to do it.

That's a little extreme. You could have either used another browser, or if the one you're using supports it, you could have launched a second instance of it using a different browser profile. This will also let you be logged in with both accounts at the same time.
