Confederate?

         I've noticed that when viewing cities in the world map, I see Human/Dwarven/Elven- then either nuetral or confederation. What do these mean, and are there more of them?

	First thing is the race of the city, could be orc too. Second is the state of that city towards you. If they are of your alliance or a confederated one it says confederate, if not neutral.
