The Crow map seems to have cities in the water in Newlands. I havent checked their Alliance Maps in a long time but i am pretty sure they dont have cities their.

Very interesting map, thanks Sir A! I'd be interested to see some sort of pop comparison (could probably work it out myself but that's a lot of effort).

I think that one was meant in the context of a map, like showing that crow confederation has a population of 230,000( Random number by the way) in Norweld and shade it light red. As far as I know the alliance list only gives you a total and not anymore information. 

If I am wrong free free to point out.
