Commanders new Focus

Hi, i think it would be great to be able to clear the abilities a commander currently has and to redistribute it again where we want.

For exemple you have a commander lvl 20 who gives +10% atk cavalry +10% atk archers (so an offensive commander), and you want him to be deffensive redistributing in +10% def cav +10% def archers.

... this is an exemple but for me there are many other reasons to want to change the abilities of a commander.


Of course you may before research the technology what allows you to redistribute abilities.
And this would take time to redistribute abilities (for exemple 2-3 days) to avoid the fact that a player changes all his offensive commanders in an instant to deffend against an attack (and it's long to learn again something new).
of couse during this time, the commander would be anavable.
