when structures can't be built due to not enough resources, how about putting the text in red for the resources that are insufficient - e.g. if you have 40,000 stone but need 50,000, and you have enough of the other resources, than in the "build cost" part the other resources are in black as now, but the "50,000" number is in red, matching the UI notion that red means insufficient or negative.
