Can't use Caravans

         Issue sending caravans: Error converting data type numeric to int.

That's the error message whenever i try to complete a quest. When i try to harvest it switches 'caravans' for 'gatherers'. This is only happening in 1 city, Mashed Potatoes, and has been happening for close to 3 weeks now.

My browser is Firefox version 33.

	Yeah, i submitted a petition back on October 24th. Haven't heard back from anyone yet. Ticket number 10504
