Can't produce horses in Leather Armour city

        EF apologizes for this forum thread, EF was under the assumption all his cities had a paddock at the minimum level of one when apparently EF accidentally demolished this paddock to a level zero within the last week.

	Lol, when you block out the adv resource bar it's probably a good idea to block out the entire bar. Everyone can tell approximately how much of what you have based on the size of the white boxes.

	obvious question that needs to be asked: is the Paddock above level 0?
