Making timed attacks with allies across the world is nearly impossible.  It is my request that a camp time is set up so that you can send your armies when you are online, and set the required camp time for hours and minutes that the army awaits before departure, thus enabeling anyone the ability to hit at a predetermined time.

also, when sending armies, an arrival time at the target would also make it MUCH easier to do the math required to plan attacks.  There is absolutely no order to this type of system.

This is actually a very good idea. If this can be realized it would improve teamplay in alliances alot.

I would support the camp time - delayed departure - option.  I think that you should have to figure out when to send you troops to arrive at a specific time.  You should have to think and plan your own attacks instead of having the game take care of everything for you...
