Grudgebearer [GRUJ] are open to recrutiment. GRUJ is not a training alliance but provides:
"
Mutual support in trading, training in game-tactics, support reaching self sufficiency, defence against diplomatic and military attacks, well considered Confederates/ N.A.P.s; and freedom to play 'Your Game-Your Way'...providing you stay within the Alliance Charter. Not to mention the occasional extremly funny joke on alliance chat."
Our alliance is concentrated in the NW of Illryiad ie Kal Tirikan and Wolcast and the The Wastes but will support members where ever they may be.

Not an alliance leader, but I know how I picked.
Talk to people in GC for a few days. If you find people you really click with, join that alliance. The biggest differences I've seen in the alliances me and my alt have been in have been created by the general personalities of the active members.
