Buildings leveled down while resources available

         Hi Guys
        
         I missed a day over new year, and I've returned to find a few of my cities have buildings that have leveled down because of the +20% food bonus from prestiege had expired.
        
        
         Normally this would not be a problem, however, my storehouses still contained plenty of food, all basic resources where at 700,000+, food was at 40,000+, yet I've lost 23 levels from various buildings in one city alone.
        
        
          
        
        
         The way I read it, if you go into negatives on a resource, your stores eventually get reduced to zero, then the buildings begin to level down until they are back into positive, then the stores start to build up again.
        
        
         However the city in question now has a +3 food production per hour, and the warehouse has over 40,000 food, there is no possible way it could get that high at +3 in 13 hours.
        
        
          
        
        
         I've lodged a ticket, though I'm still waiting on another ticket to be looked at from a month ago, and I see little point in continuing if this issue could happen again, too much time has been lost.

	are you sure it is 13 hours only? maybe you had more food production after the delevelling happened and then later the running builds got complete, making the food production go down? (will the running buiilds be cancelled before the delevelling?) Or maybe you had more food production after the delevelling happened and then a geomancer's retreat went down in another city bringing the production down to +3 in this town? but even then it will take a LOT of time make 40K food with small production. ubercrazy bug man! i hope they help you.

	Thanks Ander, GM Stormcrow is looking into it, he's checked the logs and there is definitly something wrong, and yeah it was 13 hours ago according to the Notification log, not only that, I check in at least twice a day, except over new years eve, If I saw the shortfall I would have just bumped it up or sent food from one of my other cities.
