Anyone figured out a way to "breed" or increase the number of a certain type of NPC in an area? 

I know how to reduce populations... but I want to increase population of elephants while decreasing the other NPCs. 

So far my strategy has been kill everything but elephants. But I think this might be chasing the elephants away. Anyone had much luck with any other strategies?

You can always send dips at them to hold them in place, then overtime other groups will sometimes join them.

For this though you need cities far apart, so that you do not have to send dips every few hours.

Ugh...no secrets in Illy are there?...lol. This is something i hoped would stay out of the forum. At least until i was finished with my DNA testing....
