And H? has made no grand claims of territory.  But if you want I will, no longer will there be any room on Elgea for the war mongers of Consone.  Elgea will be free of those who would declare war and then cry about being attacked on the forums.  It will take some doing but we will eventually be able to get rid of those who keep mucking up our forums with annoying posts.

I don't see your logic here.  Why do you need clarification for the attacks?  It goes like this:  Your alliance is in a war.  You are part of your alliance.  That means you are open to attacks from the alliance your alliance is at war with.  If you don't want to be attacked, you can always leave your alliance.  It really is that simple.

Forums usually are not good to mitigate problems, and very good to exacerbate them.

Written words are read, then re-read, and re-read again, and every bit of bitterness, every slightly wrong sentence, is analyzed generating even more misunderstanding and anger.

That's why I don't like to use forums to solve problems (and add to this English is not my language and I am not that good understanding double meanings and nuances).

IGM are better, if the people using it are good enough to not share private messages.

As wannabe-trader I had reasons why I tested  Matombo before Port Tal, it was not only the spectacular architecture.  There was this interesting rant in GC about EE cities very near to ten squares some weeks ago, and at that time I missed what exactly it was about, because I checked the wrong area...

...meanwhile I found the relevant part of Azura on the map.  Nuke

I haven't agreed with the majority of the H? rhetoric, but this does resound with a certain amount of truth.  Private talks do seem the more expedient way to reach understandings, but only if all parties involved are willing.
