I Have an army of one division with just charioteers. all units move at 24.3 Squares p/h, yet the army only moves 9.1 squares p/h?
I spent 6 levels on Forced March. They better not have been wasted.

Jerry,
This has happened to me before, what i did was delete the army completely and make a new one and it seemed to have corrected that issue.

I've seen it as well. It seems to happen when the army contained a different type of slower troop that was slain. The division is still limited by the speed of the ghost troops, even though they are all gone. The only fix, as Malek and KP have noted, is to tear apart the army and rebuild it.
