Alliance Role Creation

         When creating a role in the alliance, it begins at the bottom of the list. To get it moved up, it has to "walk" up, one role at a time. This is overly time consuming for an alliance with a large number of roles. Perhaps a "move to top" function could be added. Assigning the position by changing the number would be easiest from the user point of view.
