Add Date Awarded to Medal Information

         Illy is a perpetual game, played, as the mantra goes in global chat, over months and years.  I think it would be cool to have dates (either rl dates or dates based on an Elgean calendar) appended to the inscription that can be seen when mousing over a medal.  Eventually there may be some medals that are awarded more than once, or alliances may change, and so on. and having dates on the medals would contribute to an understanding of their history.
        
         

        
        
         If this is super-hard, then I don't see it as being a high priority.  But if it's an easy thing to do, I think it would be cool.
