hi,
I seem to be able to log into Illy, but that is as far as I can get. I can turn pages in the newspaper but everything else has no response. Funny thing is I do get a response to my profile, so it looks like I can send a petition, but once I have written it and try to send the send key is ignored! grrr
I use google chrome to access Illy. If you require any further details I am only to happy to oblige

you might also send a mail to accounts@illyriad.co.uk with a description of the problem, including your account info.

Ty Rill for your response, especially as it's the only one I've had!
I don't like the idea of jumping a queue of patiently waiting people, but I will keep your shortcut on file, these peoples customer service is pretty poor if they can't even acknowledge you have a problem in 2 days.

Novaix was saying he couldn't log in through Chrome just now in global chat; I told him to file a petition. So whatever it is, it might not be fixed.

Right now, my main account is looping. I log in and start to do something and it immediately went back to the password page. But like you I could turn Herald pages for a little while, read one message, or I managed to (maybe queue one building), but not reply to a message. And all chats are disconnected. This is on Firefox.
Logged into alt on Chrome and all is working fine.
I cleared cookies on FF as well.
Going to breakfast, if it is still broke when I get home, I'll do something else.
