A new Newb Ring

So it's rather obvious the Newb ring is getting very crowded. A good thing as it shows the game still regains much popularity and is still growing. However, the fact remains it is getting very crowded. Someone suggested a new Newb ring be made in the BL. While this idea has merit and would probably be the easiest to implement, most all of us occupants of the BL came here just to escape the overcrowding and within a relatively short time would be just as crowded. My suggestion would be to basically eliminate The Bitter Sea with a solid continent with only a small body of water between it and Elgea/BL. Or a bunch of largish sized islands. This would be The Newb ring and when those wishing to move could do so a bit more easily and faster once they have made their choice of continent to relocate to. This of course would probably be a major Dev action.
