         This is ideal plan that can t happen as it is in life but theoretically if you follow that steps is the fastest way with the less prestige to capture the second city
            
         
           
             
            
         This is with the requirements that someone else:
            
         
          1)      
          will fill you storage
            
         
          2)      
          will send you the books
            
         
          3)      
          will siege with you the targeted city

	You can't send the siege until you are out of newcomer protection after 7 days elapse, so you could save a bit of prestige on the building perhaps. Depending on how far away your target city is, you might want to have some troops other than spears to get you there, or your army might spend more time walking than it took to build the city.

	yes you are ritgh i didn t think that , but luckly its don t make any diference since you need 3+ days to finish baracks lvl (20) and after that you need 4 to finish siege encampent so acidentaly about 7 days as the raindow needs to leave
