I dont wish to be daft, but i am facing REVOLUTION in all my cities.

REVOLUTION.

I understood that we would need a new structure to use coastal sov, such as fishery or shipyard, and therefore a vacant town space.

So,

erm,

like a mad quaker, I

erm,

demolished all my breweries.

Now i have an empty plot and a rioting population.
