Faction Hubs, Prestige Options
FACTION HUBS
Some of the Factions have begun to expand their hubs in their own distinctive style:

PRESTIGE
You can now buy Prestige with Facebook credits. Buying Prestige allows you to purchase items without redirecting via Facebook on each purchase and resetting chat etc. Also two new higher level packages have been added to offer even better value for money.
FRACTIONAL PRICES
Market place graphs have had 2 decimal places added when the value is below 10 gold
DISBAND MILITARY UNITS
Entering a blank number of units to disband would give a generic message - this now gives a sensible message.

Heart of corruption is not listed under factions. I am not sure if it is some kind of 'expansion' from melders.

The faction stories of seelie court and unseelie court (continuation of seelie court) are really nice to read.
The graphics of Matombo is also really really pretty!

The Heart of Corruption is one of those things that doesn't go in release notes...
Sometimes there might be stories of such things; rumours; hints. Other times they will be never mentioned and left to be discovered...
